The creation of this school has been a dream come true for Gavenia Divina, who has had this idea of creating an online and in person spiritual ascension and magical/metaphysical school for families since she was 7 years old. Her ultimate goal is to one day have a physical location for the private magical school where it would combine magical spiritual studies with regular school curriculum for those 18 and under, while the other half would consist of teaching anyone 19 and over a variety of different spiritual topics. In Gavenia's personal opinion, she believes that children could learn so much better in a different type of school setting, as she was once a young sensitive child who struggled a lot in school herself, and the more she learned & grew spiritually, the more her eyes were opened to the limitless possibilities of developing such a school to help future generations. 

Our world is changing and growing every day both physically and spiritually, and so are the children being born into this world more sensitive and more developed, however, the schools in the US have little to no changes and it's becoming more and more obvious that it's lacking in so many areas. Gavenia believes that by incorporating more magical & spiritual (non religion based) aspects into the curriculum, it would show greater interest in learning, which would also help to raise test scores, potentially more positive behavior & so many other things. For some examples, Gavenia taught her son his shapes & colors, using crystals & minerals while also starting to incorporate sacred geometry and other things as he gets older. She also teaches him the importance of nature and animals as well as the elementals that a lot of us take for granted, while incorporating art as a form of connecting to the Divine, and showing him that there's more to life than just what meets the physical eyes. It's truly easy to incorporate these things into every day learning even in a school setting, but you would still have those who are highly against it as they don't believe in any of it or are scared of it, or they just want their children to learn the way they did. However, times are changing very rapidly and children being born with heightened intuition as well as sensitivities are struggling more and more with what may be looked at as the simplest of things. For this reason, this school is open to anyone no matter their age. Some courses will be more for the parents, while others are a combination of parent/child learning on spiritual topics, while others will allow them to complete the learning activities and videos on their own while being supervised by a parent.

In today's ever growing spiritual community, people are truly needing something to connect with to feel more a part of something even greater, as though they've been searching for it their whole lives, but aren't sure where to go or which step to take next.   She'd like to welcome you to the Roots of Knowledge Academy, a spiritual school of lifelong learners striving to advance their spiritual growth with or without organized religion. This school has been created to help those who are going through spiritual awakening, those wanting to learn about a variety of spiritual topics, and further their spiritual development and growth with an open mind, and pure loving heart. Creating a family based community of like-minded spiritual individuals to be themselves and learn about spiritual topics without judgement or fear, while making new friends in the process. Uniting all of us on similar but different spiritual paths, with the same ultimate goal. 

Classes will be over a variety of spiritual and metaphysical topics to include crystals, herbs, angels, ascension, spirits, animals, holistic healing/Reiki, Wicca/Paganism, Shamanism, magick, divination, twin flames, psychic development, fairies, dragons, elementals, aliens, and so much more. We offer a variety of certification courses to certify you as a Reiki practitioner-Reiki master, crystal healer, herbalist, and lots of others to continue your spiritual development for personal or even professional use. New materials and classes are being developed monthly and in time, we will have lots of classes for you to take. 

Some classes will consist of very few sections and learning material that may only take you an hour to a couple days to complete, while others will consist of a few weeks, to even a full year worth of learning material. We are also striving to make each of our classes affordable according to the time and work it takes us to create each of them, while also weighing how much we ourselves paid for the training. However, we are also going to be adding some free learning and introduction type courses very soon. It doesn't matter what religious path you follow, there's always room to grow and learn spiritually and we'd like to welcome you to our school whether for personal spiritual development or professional.
